There is a pin head size spot on the stopper and a tiny 3/16" line on
the edge of the stopper. Both appear to be under the glaze and probably

Additional Information:
This
is an extremely rare Tea Caddy with Stopper and will make a fine
addition to your Meissen Blue Onion collection.
It has impressed marks on the bottom of what looks like 131 and 2 plus
an incised V to indicate the year of production. We cannot determine if
the V represents the year 1952, 1955, 1965 or 1967.
In addition to the impressed marks there are two cobalt marks that are
under the glaze. They appear to be letters and numbers but are not
legible enough to determine what they are.
Mentioned above are a couple of tiny things on the stopper. Even though
we do not consider them flaws, we felt we must mention them for
accuracy, and have adjusted the price accordingly. The spot is barely
visible in photograph number four but we were not able to get a picture
of the line.
This tea caddy will arrive at your home clean, ready to use or give as
a gift.
