Additional Information:
This game is the ORIGINAL Pick-up Sticks game and the sticks or stixs
as they are called are wooden not plastic like the newer cheaper
models. We believe this game dates to the 1920s or 30s. They come
complete with the instructions, on how to play and all of the pickup
sticks are present with none missing.
The Fiddle Stix game is housed in the original cylindrical tube which
says, "Let's Play FiddleStix ... an exciting fascinating
tantalizing game". As mentioned it even has the instruction sheet and
all the sticks. The colors on tube and sticks are bright however the
tube does show some minor surface wear. It has done a wonderful job of
protecting the instructions and sticks. The tube measures 8 1/4" tall
by 2" in diameter while each of the sticks measure 7 1/2" long by
1/8" in diameter.
There are a total of 42 wooden sticks with none missing.

FiddleStix
also known as PickUp Sticks is a game of skill, both mental and
physical, in which
the sticks must be removed from the pill without disturbing the
remaining ones. It was one of the most popular games of its day and
still is. It can be playing by yourself or with a group.
Did we mention that the instructions are also here too? That's a rarity!
And now you know where the term "Oh, Fiddlesticks" originated!
