This piece along with many others that can be found on our Jewelry
pages are from an estate in the Boston area. They were owned by an
elderly woman that passed away in 1977.
This is a unique shape of a star with both clear and Aura Borealis or
iridescent rhinestones circling it.
There is one large clear rhinestone in the center surrounded by eight
small Aura Borealis rhinestones which are surrounded by eight small
clear rhinestones which in turn are surrounded by eight larger Aura
Borealis rhinestones. That's a total of 25 rhinestones in several sizes.
When the direct light hits this one it really shines!
The vintage era costume jewelry is back in vogue and now is an
opportune time to purchase some pieces at very reasonable prices.
