This piece along with many others that can be found on our Jewelry
pages are from an estate in the Boston area. They were owned by an
elderly woman that passed away in 1977.
This is an unusual shape star brooch or pin with radiating arms and
seven (7) clear rhinestones each set separately in silvertone
metal. It almost reminds you of the Sputnik Satellite with its long
tentacles protruding from the center.
The vintage era costume jewelry is back in vogue and now is an
opportune time to purchase a few pieces at very reasonable prices.
